Ozark Homegrown is a new backyard native plug nursery in Fayetteville, Arkansas, growing 75+ species of prairie and savanna plants for habitat restoration.

Welcome! Thanks for your patience while we finish building our online shop. It is an exciting time of year…a few new species seem to germinate every day, and we have been busy mixing soil, filling trays, sowing seeds, watering, and thinning. We are growing native starter plugs (5” and 10”) from seed, whose roots will generally fill out and be ready to plant in the ground in the fall. We don't have a physical retail store, and we don't ship, as we intend for all of our plants to end up in the ground in the Ozarks. Soon, we will begin to roll out pre-ordering for plugs to be picked up in the fall at a weekly designated pick-up location (TBD) around NW Arkansas, or delivered if you can't make it to a pick-up. We also hope to see you in the fall at local plant sales. This is our first growing season, so we need help connecting with the Ozark native plant lovers in your life.
